Initial ideas;
To start us off we began to brainstorm about the general style and design of our album and band image. We started contemplating our target audience, and how it may be an easy option to target people our own age as we know the most about them and what is more likely to appeal to them such as people with good style, haircuts etc. We also tried to decide on an already existing band to make the music video for, and began checking out different girl bands to inspire us.
Organising the production;
We decided to do the digipak cover first as it would be pointless to create a magazine advertisement if we didn't even know what the album design and theme would be therefore not being able to incorporate it within the advertisement. Also for the time left before we break up from school for the summer, it would have been to difficult to fit a video shoot in.

Before we start our more specific research we will have to think through our options well so we can decide on a genre we wont end up disliking by the end of this project and then a song for the video meaning we would use the original band.
